Resident Satisfaction Survey Coming in 2026!
Happy New Year!! I hope you and your family have had a wonderful holiday season!
The new year often brings new resolutions and intentions of change. It is no different for us at Caring Hands. What kinds of changes do you want? What kinds of things are we doing well here at Caring Hands Assisted Living? But, more importantly, what things do we need to improve on? We will be working on our 2026 Satisfaction Survey during January and presenting it in February. We need to know where we can improve to ensure that our residents are happy and their needs are being met. Our industry does have quality benchmarks and we ultimately want to exceed those benchmarks. The Resident Satisfaction Survey will help us to understand where we are at and where we need to go. More details to come soon! We are looking forward to your thoughts and working to make Caring Hands Assisted Living the very best!

Thank You!
Thank you to friends, family and the community for the generous response for the Santa’s Little Helpers gift drive. The amount of donations was tremendous and put smiles on the residents’ faces.
A special thank you to the Charlie & Tootie Kraus family for making Caring Hands their recipient of their annual wish list donation this year. We would also like to thank St. Vincent de Paul in Kiel and St. Ann Parish for their donations to our residents. Finally, thank you to Lynn Frish and Tracey Dakin for the hard work in organizing the event.
Monthly Reminders
Calumet County Foot Care Clinic is scheduled for January 21 at 1:00-3:30pm. The cost is $40 cash or check. You will need to bring two towels with you. Please See Mary Dietz to sign up and pay beforehand.
